Support staff can now be added to calendar events and inspection-related events (like radon pick-up/drop-off), giving your entire team visibility and scheduling capabilities previously limited to inspectors.

Your support team's schedules—meetings, time off, and inspection-related tasks—are now visible alongside inspector calendars, making coordination easier and preventing scheduling conflicts across your entire operation.

Support staff calendar events
– Add time off, meetings, and other calendar events for support staff that appear on the Spectora CalendarInspection event participation
(Advanced Only) – Assign support staff to inspection-related events (e.g., radon equipment pick-up/drop-off) via the new order form or inspection details pageQuick filtering
– Three new calendar filters help you find what you need fast:- Inspectors Only (default view)
- Support Staff Only
- All Staff
Notes:
- Regarding Inspection Events - Support staff cannot be assigned as the primary inspector on inspections—only to related events.
- There are no changes to calendar or scheduling permissions with this update.
Timing & Audience
Available now for all companies. Inspection event functionality remains exclusive to Advanced plan companies.
