Check Your Automation Emails for Deliverability Issues

You can now scan your Automation email templates for content that may trigger spam filters, right from the template editor, in both Base and Advanced Automations.
Why It Matters
Catching spam-triggering wording before you send helps your automated emails land in your clients' and agents' inboxes instead of getting filtered or rejected, without needing any technical know-how.
Details
Check deliverability button.
 Click "Check deliverability" in the template editor to scan your subject and body for content that may trigger spam filters.
Plain-language flags.
 Each flag is labeled minor or critical and explains what's risky and why.
Fix it your way.
 Open a flag to edit the flagged wording in a free-text field. No suggested replacement is applied for you.
Dismiss what you don't need to change.
 Dismiss a flag in a single click to leave the wording as is. Editing the template afterward re-checks everything from scratch.
In Advanced Automations
, flagged wording is highlighted directly in the email body as you review it. In Base Automations
, flags are shown one at a time in a step-through panel, with the flagged wording listed for review.
Scanning is optional. It never blocks saving or sending, even if the check is temporarily unavailable.
