Cleaner Agents & Contacts Section on the New Order Form

What's New
The agents and additional people section of the new order form now shows only a single client's agent and a single listing agent search box by default. Everything else is added on demand through a new "Add contact" button.
Why It Matters
Many orders do not need additional people, so the section is shorter and faster to get through. Extra fields show up when you actually want them.

Add contact
 button at the bottom of the section lets you add another client agent, another listing agent, or additional people
Applies to the new order form
 only. The standard inspection form is unchanged.
