We just released a new report for surfacing duplicate agent records. Now it is very easy to find duplicates in your list of agent contacts and even merge duplicates together with ease!
Highlights
Quickly find duplicate agent records in a new report using matching criteria such as:
- First name and last name (default)
- First name and last initial
- Last name and first initial
Once you surface these records you can click on
Resolve
to open a window to:- Select which ones to include in the merge
- Select which one is the "master record"
- Specify which data from each record included you want to end up in the merged record
- Quickly validate that all the selected data points are correct before merging
The merge process now also takes care of removing the records that were merged into the "master record".
