What's New
Version 10.28.2 brings a new troubleshooting tool to the mobile app along with fixes for photo annotation, Rapid Fire timestamps, and inconsistent search results.
Why It Matters
Inspectors can now resolve common data issues without leaving the app, and can trust that photos and search results are displaying accurately — less second-guessing, more inspecting.
Details
Force Payload Rebuild is now on mobile
 – When sections, items, or comments appear missing or out of sync, tap the three-dot menu (top right) inside any report and select Force Payload Rebuild to restore the correct state
Annotator photo sizing and arrow placement on rotation
 – Landscape photos were displaying too small and arrows were landing in the wrong spot after rotating the device; the annotator now handles orientation changes correctly
Rapid Fire photo timestamps
 – Photos taken in Rapid Fire mode were stamped with a future timestamp, causing them to sort out of order; timestamps now reflect the actual time of capture
Search limiter returning inconsistent results
 – Changing the limiter setting (25 vs. 50 comments) or toggling filters in different orders was producing different results; search results are now consistent regardless of how filters are applied
