What We Fixed

Missing thumbs up/down icons on reinspection reports
— The app now shows the category (thumbs up/down) button based on the reinspection's own status options (Resolved, Unsatisfactory, Not Resolved) rather than the original report's defect category count. Reinspections created from reports with multiple defect categories continue to work as before.
Change Roles modal showing hidden roles
— The Change Roles modal no longer includes roles that are hidden or inactive.
