What's New
Fixle Protection Products now give you fine-grained control over which inspections, agents, and clients see offers — instead of an all-on or all-off switch. You can also see exactly what was offered on an inspection and why.
Why It Matters
Tailor Fixle to your business and your relationships, so the right clients get offers and the ones who won't appreciate them don't — protecting your agent relationships while keeping the offers that add value.
Details
- Fixle Suite master switch— One toggle to turn all Fixle offers on or off. Your settings are remembered if you disable and re-enable later.
- Disable by service— Turn off Fixle offers for specific services (e.g. 4-point or Wind Mit inspections). Configurable from Fixle Settings or the Services page.
- Exclude agents or clients— Add specific contacts to an exclusion list so offers never show on their inspections.
- Manage it where you already work— Set exclusions directly from the Edit Agent and Edit Client screens, including from Inspection Details.
- Auto-enroll in new offerings— Choose to automatically enable new Fixle programs as they launch, or turn auto-enroll off to opt in to each one yourself.
- Offer transparency— Inspection Details now shows which Fixle offers were displayed, and if none were, the reason why.
Note:
Nothing changes about your currently configured Fixle settings with this release — you just have better options for more control.
Timing & Audience
All users with Fixle are getting access to these controls, rolling out gradually the week of July 6th.
