What's New
You can now connect Spectora to
Breeze
for radon testing and to
PriorityLab
for environmental testing. When you book an inspection with a matching service, the order goes to the vendor automatically, and the finished report comes back to the inspection on its own.
Why It Matters
You no longer have to enter the same order in two systems or download a report and upload it into Spectora by hand. Reports get to the inspection and to your client faster, with fewer chances for mistakes.
Details
  • Breeze
    gets inspections that have the
    Radon
    service category type.
  • PriorityLab
gets inspections that have the service category types you turn on in your PriorityLab account: air, asbestos, lead, mold, radon, or water.
  • Matching uses the service category
    type
, not the name. If you renamed a service category, check that its type is still set correctly in your service category settings.
  • Completed reports show up in the
    Reports
section of the inspection. After you publish the inspection, your client can see the report in the client portal.
  • To connect, click your name in the top right, select
    Integrations
    , then click
    Connect
on the Breeze or PriorityLab card. You will need an account with that vendor.
  • Breeze and PriorityLab built these integrations on the Spectora integration platform.
