New Order Form for Advanced Users
What’s New
The updated New Order Form experience with cleaner layout and easier navigation controls is now available for companies on Advanced. This optional upgrade provides the same streamlined interface that non-Advanced users have been enjoying, enhanced with Advanced-specific features.
Why It Matters
Faster order entry with improved navigation and cleaner layouts means less time spent on administrative tasks and more time focusing on inspections. The optional rollout ensures you can transition at your own pace without disrupting current workflows.

Advanced-Specific Features Included:
- Additional People: Attorney, Insurance Agent, Transaction Coordinator, Title Company, Other
- Support for more than 2 clients
- Multiple agents of each type
- Contact Tags
- Inspection Events with equipment association
- Optional use of Advanced Automations per inspection
Interface Improvements:
- New right-side navigation menu for quick section jumping
- Dedicated Referral Source section below Client details
- Property section displays photo and ancillary info above entry fields
- Cleaner Services section layout with better manual edit handling
- Updated Order Settings section (formerly Miscellaneous) with improved Custom Scheduling Fields display
- “Save” button changes to “Schedule” when order is confirmed for better clarity
Access Method:
- Available via link in upper right corner of current New Inspection Form
- Opens in new tab to preserve any existing form data
- Option to set new form as default while maintaining ability to revert
Timing & Audience
Available now for all Advanced users as an optional workflow. Current order form remains accessible to ensure no disruption to daily operations during transition period.
