New Order Form - Referral Source fix

We fixed the Referral Source field on the new order form. Your saved referral source list shows up as suggestions again, the same way it does on the Legacy New Inspection Form.

What we fixed

Saved referral sources now show as suggestions:
When the Referral Sources restriction is turned off in Settings, clicking into the Referral Source field on the new order form will now still show your company's saved list. Pick one to fill the field, or type any value you want. This helps keep your referral source reports clean.
