Do you need a faster way to manage all your inspection photos? Now you can! The new Per Report Photo Gallery in the V10 Web Editor puts all your photos in one easy-to-use Media Center.
Now you can
:- See every photo from your report in one organized gallery
- Mass download or delete photos to save time
- Hide empty comments to clean up your view
- Drag and drop photos to the right comments
- Move multiple photos at once with just a few clicks
How to use it
:- Open any report in the V10 Web Editor
- Click the Media Center icon (top-right corner)
- Filter by photos or comments
- Select multiple photos using the checkboxes.
- Use the toolbar to Download, Delete, or Move them.
- Drag and drop to rearrange across your report
Heads up
:- This works on a single report. You won’t see media across multiple inspections
- Clearing Section filters will also reset Item and Comment filters
- You can close the Media Center anytime by clicking the "X" in the top-left corner
- This feature is optional and doesn’t change your usual editing experience
