Notification Controls

What's New
You can now control which notifications each member of your team receives, and how they get them. Admins manage notification preferences for every inspector from one place, while individual inspectors choose their preferred delivery method — email, in-app, or both.
Why It Matters
This change gives you granular control to make sure the right people get the right notifications, reducing unnecessary notification clutter for you and your team.
Details
Admin-level control over team notifications — Manage notification settings for each inspector from Settings → Team → Team Notifications, or from the gear icon in the Notifications section of your Dashboard
Inspector-level delivery preferences — Each team member can choose how they receive notifications (email, in-app, or both) from Settings → User Settings → Edit Notifications, or via the gear in their Dashboard's Notifications section
Disable by type or by message — Turn off an entire notification category for someone, or keep the category active and silence just one specific message within it
Timing & Audience
Team Notification Settings are rolling out gradually to all Spectora accounts over the next couple of weeks. Once available in your account, admins can start configuring preferences for their team from the Settings menu.
