Public API: Developer Portal Upgrade and New GET Single Event

What's New
You can now get one inspection event by its ID through the Spectora Public API and the AI Connector.  We also upgraded the Developer Portal with a Search field at the top.
Why It Matters
Integrations that sync calendars can now refresh one event without pulling the whole event list again.  That means fewer API calls against your monthly quota and a faster way to confirm an event after it changes.
Details
New endpoint:
GET /v2/events/{id}
 returns one event, with the same fields you get from the events list.
Related records:
 Add include=inspection,inspector,radon_devices
 to get the event's inspection, inspector, and radon device details in the same call.
New AI Connector (MCP) tool:
get-event-v2
 lets a connected AI assistant look up one specific event.  It only sees events for your company.
Developer Portal docs:
 The new endpoint is in the API Reference under Events, and the new tool is listed on the MCP Server page.
No changes needed on your end:
 API keys, Marketplace app tokens, the MCP Server, and your monthly usage counts all work the same as before.
