We just released a new feature that allows company admins to update the advanced automations for inspections booked in the future without having to do it per inspection.
How can I use this?
On the Automations page click on the gear icon beside the title to open Automation Settings

At the bottom of the settings drawer there is a new option for Update Automations along with some clarifying details on which inspections this will update automations for vs which ones it will not affect.

Note you will also see
Last updated:
under the button indicating when this was last done and by whom.
