Updated and Enhanced PaySplits
We are starting to roll out the updated PaySplits configuration screen as well as some improvements and altogether new functionality. If you use PaySplits you will see this new screen and functionality show up over the next week. If you don't already use PaySplits check out the article link below to see if it could help your business.

New Configuration Screen
- The UI is updated for an easy to follow layout of Default (Company) PaySplit, Split by Service, Split by Inspector, Split by Service specific to the Inspector.
- You now have direct visibility of which Add-On service is associated with which Primary service.
- There are dynamically calculated example splits that also show what the Company Share is based on the defined split.
PaySplit Copy option
- Make quick work of applying a defined set of Inspector specific PaySplits to other inspectors.
Auto Assign for multi-inspector inspections
- This option will allow you to automatically assign all inspectors on a given inspection to all the eligible services. Eligible here simply means that you don't have them restricted from the service in the Service Limitations configuration.
- This will also cause automatic recalculation of PaySplits on an inspection if an inspector is added or removed from the inspection.
- Any auto assignment can still be manually changed per inspection using the Assign screen.
Only allow admins to view PaySplits on the Inspection Details screen
- This is a new option that prevents non-admins from seeing any PaySplit details if enabled.
- It is disabled by default which maintains only showing the logged in user's PaySplit info if they are not an admin account.
Updates to applying PaySplits
- The system will now automatically recalculate the PaySplits if a service is added or removed in an inspection.
- The Assign screen will now visibly maintain any previously saved assignment configuration.
