Photo captions missing on reinspection web reports
— Captions on both reinspection photos and original photos now display on the web report, matching how they already appeared in the PDF.
Media Center annotator not defaulting to category color
— Annotating a photo in the Media Center now defaults to the defect's category color, matching the behavior elsewhere in the web editor and mobile app.
