Weekly Web Editor Fixes

What's New

This update fixes deleted reports that kept showing in the mobile app and makes the Thick cell style work in comment tables.

What we fixed

Deleted reports now leave the mobile app:
If you deleted a report on the web while it was still building from the template, it stayed in the app. It now disappears from the app as expected, and undeleting it brings it back.
Thick cell style now works in comment tables:
Cells set to Thick now show a clear, dark border in the template editor, report editor, and Manage Comments. In the final web report and PDF, a table with a Thick cell now shows as a grid, with a dark border on Thick cells and a thin light grey line on the rest. Tables with no Thick cells look the same as before.
